Position: B2B Cold Caller
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: UK Time Zone
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients within the UK estate agency market
* Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities
* Follow structured scripts while adapting communication based on client responses
* Log call activities, outcomes, and lead information in CRM systems

* Maintain a professional and confident approach when engaging prospects
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
* Proven experience in B2B cold calling, specifically within the UK / British market
* Background or familiarity with the estate agency / real estate industry
* Demonstrated cold calling experience reflected in resume or portfolio
* Experience using Instantly for cold calling and email sequencing
* Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
* Experience in email outreach and sales pipelines
* Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral or British-friendly accent
* Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
