Responsibilities:
* Project System Implementation: Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP Project System implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
* Industry Expertise: Apply your specialized knowledge of the Construction and Energy sectors to tailor SAP Project System solutions that address unique industry challenges, compliance requirements, and best practices.

* Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive SAP PS solutions, considering integration with other SAP modules (such as SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Materials Management etc) and third-party applications.
* Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP PS modules based on clientspecific requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business processes.
* Project Planning and Tracking: Develop and implement project planning and tracking functionalities within SAP PS, enabling efficient project management, resource allocation, cost control, and progress monitoring.
* Issue Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot complex SAP PS issues, collaborating with technical teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation within client projects.
* Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on SAP PS solutions and best practices.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Project System Consultant, with a focus on the Construction and Energy sectors.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP Project System (PS) modules, including configuration,
customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
* Proven track record of leading successful end-to-end SAP PS implementation
projects, including solution design and post-implementation support.
* Strong understanding of project management principles, processes, and methodologies.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical
challenges.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with
clients and cross-functional teams.
