Job Title: Business Process Consultant (SAP S/4 HANA FI)
Work Setup: Hybrid (1x onsite) in BGC, Taguig
Schedule: Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM)
Role Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or IT-related programs
* At least 4 years of experience with SAP FI (S/4 HANA) and related modules
* Working knowledge of design standards and solutions in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) incl. add-ons in the areas of GL, AP, AR, AA, and FSCM, and touchpoints to related other modules

* Project management exposure, ideally in SAP S/4 rollout project
* Operational experience in accounting and related departments
* Communication skills with different management levels and cultures. English: fluent in speaking and writing
* Flexibility to travel occasionally based on project requirements
Job Description
* Design standards and solutions in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) incl. add-ons in the areas of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and financial supply chain management and touchpoints to related other modules
* Manage local and legal requirements: Ensure fulfilment of business needs from the different customers within the location, Business Area and Group Sector CT and country-specific rules and regulations while enforcing standardization within the designed IMpaCT template
* Support rollout team and local key user organization: Act as consultant for the template processes and SAP capabilities
* Design, test and communicate continuous improvements of the template
* Design and support master data governance: Take ownership about the global chart of accounts and financially relevant data in other master data objects
* Support system upgrades and system enhancements as needed
* Align with IT Operations on tickets and template changes from locations already live in S/4HANA
