Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal): The Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross-geography counterparts

* Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional specification (FS), coordination with the ABAP team, testing of new functionality or enhancement, and preparing test plans and test scripts.
* Should have knowledge of WRICEF objects and be able to work on interfaces and enhancements along with test case documents and test plans.
* Individuals should have knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP S/4 and Fiori apps.
* The candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
Requirement:
* Should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of implementation and support experience across different industries and sectors with at least 1 end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA (scope, design, buildSAP MDG - Consultant (Makati) | Hybrid & test phases).
* An individual needs to have very strong business process knowledge across SAP core functions—SD, MM, and FI.
* Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with cross-module teams for resolution, thought leadership, managing multiple engagements, team operations, etc.
Must-Have in Candidate:
* Should have experience in MDG Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, Finance (General Ledger, Cost center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)
* SAP MDG Certification is preferred.
* Experience in ABAP OOPS concepts, Floor Plan Manager (FPM) Framework, Web Dynpro, Data Model Enhancement, Custom Report
* Individuals should have worked on Customer and Vendor Integration (CVI)
* Hands-on experience on Data Import and Replication Framework via IDOC, services, etc.
* Extension of the standard data model with custom entity and attributes.
* Experience in Custom Data Model creation, UI customizing, and UI Enhancement
* Duplicate Check, Validation, and Derivation in MDG.
* Standard and rule-based workflow, dynamic and parallel workflow routing.
Nice to Have in a Candidate:
* Hands-on working experience with ABAP.
* The latest SAP MDG 9.2 Certification is preferred
