Senior Director, Technical Solutions - Quantum - 1042

This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and technical direction across the entire customer solutions lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and use case identification through solution design, project scoping, delivery support, and value realization.
The Senior Director ensures both teams operate as a coordinated function that enables commercial growth while maintaining technical excellence and alignment with Quantinuum's research and product roadmap. You will lead the Solutions Architecture team to provide deep, domain-aligned support for strategic customer accounts, whilst ensuring the Technical Sales Solutions Specialist team provide broader technical support across all our sales and consultancy opportunities.
Acting as both a leader and industry expert, the Senior Director develops technical talent, establishes standards and ways of working, oversees the customer solutions portfolio, and serves as an executive technical advisor for strategic customer opportunities.

Lead and develop the Solutions Architecture and Technical Sales Solutions Specialist teams.

Compensation & Benefits:
The base pay range for this role is $240,000 - $310,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
