Role: Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist
Location: Remote, Everywhere
Required skills:
* +3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
* Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot in enterprise and business environments
* Experience in analyzing and assessing Copilot use cases
* Experience with Copilot Studio as well as Copilot and agent scenarios
* A good understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Microsoft 365 Copilot
* Awareness that unexpected Copilot results are not always a Copilot problem, and a holistic approach to analysis: data, data sources, permissions, context, use case definition, configuration, and Copilot and agent functionality
* Understanding of business requirements and the ability to qualify and prioritize use cases and recognize when a topic belongs with more specialized experts
* Analytical, structured thinking and the ability to explain technical matters clearly
* Customer-oriented communication and experience in direct customer contact, e.g. from support, consulting or technical enablement
