Position: HR/Recruiter
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: TBD
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR Functions:
* Manage the full recruitment process job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
* Assist in monitoring attendance, leaves, and other HR-related reports.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Accounting & Payroll Support:
* Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
* Coordinate with Accounting for salary adjustments, deductions, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
* Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
* Maintain organized records of pay slips, invoices, and related documents.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related field.
* Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll processing.
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HR/payroll systems.
* Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
* Must be based in Bulacan or Caloocan.
* Able to work independently in a remote setup.
