Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week RTO at Mall of Asia, Pasay)
Shift Schedule: Day Shift
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related business course
* At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services (End-to-End General Accounting, US GAAP)
* Proven experience in preparing Financial Statements
* Knowledge and understanding of Loan and Credit

* Fund Accounting background is a plus
* Strong communication skills
* Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial statements
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and verify client reports, reconcile financial discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of financial records
* Monitor portfolio quality, manage client transitions, and reconcile funding requests to detect and address irregularities
* Train new hires, assist with daily operations, and collaborate on process improvements to enhance team efficiency
* Provide backup support during associate absences and assist leadership with special projects and report reviews
* Regularly engage with leadership to propose and implement operational efficiency improvements
