Paid Media Manager (Freelance), Europe

You’ll be responsible for:

* Planning, managing and implementing digital campaigns across key paid channels, with a main focus on TikTok and Meta

* Activating campaigns and analysing results to make optimisations and maximise performance

* Using a ‘test and learn’ approach to continually improve campaign performance against KPIs

* Building and maintaining strong relationships across departments and with clients

* Presenting findings to clients regularly and reporting on campaign performance

* Making data-led recommendations to enhance performance

* Staying up to date with channel updates and suggesting changes to campaigns where needed

What You’ll Need to Thrive

* Deep understanding of the paid social advertising landscape

* 3+ years of experience in digital paid media roles (TikTok / Meta / YouTube)

* Proven track record of improving campaign performance through data analysis

* Confidence managing paid media budgets of $500k+

* High proficiency in Excel

* Strong numeracy and analytical skills

* Ownership mindset and high attention to detail on administrative tasks

* Ability to make and justify decisions that drive client performance

* Comfort working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones
