Job Summary
We are hiring a Front-End Engineer to build and maintain intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for a rapidly scaling web application. This is a remote front-end developer job ideal for someone who thrives in a product-driven environment and enjoys translating design concepts into responsive, pixel-perfect experiences.
You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver exceptional UI/UX while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
* Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable code
* Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
* Integrate APIs and work closely with backend services
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in front-end development
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
* Hands-on experience with React.js (or similar frameworks like Vue or Angular)
* Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
* Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for building exceptional user experiences
* Experience with TypeScript
* Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks
* Experience with modern styling tools (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components)
* Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
* Exposure to performance optimization and accessibility standards
