Core Responsibilities
* Coordinate wholesale orders from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Assist in managing and updating product listings on the Shopify platform, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service via email and live chat

Requirements
* Minimum 2.5 years of practical experience
* Previous experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and product management.
