Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Daily Operations
* Plan daily workflow and assignments.
* Monitor productivity and 40-chart target.
* Manage coverage, pending tasks, and workload.
Quality Management
* Audit scribe documentation for accuracy and completeness.
* Track quality trends and provide weekly reports.
Coaching & Development
* Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
* Create improvement plans and apply feedback.
Reporting
* Prepare weekly production and issue reports.
* Provide leadership updates.
Training & Support
* Train and onboard new scribes.
* Provide ongoing support, feedback, and escalation.
Scribing
* Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats
* Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
Requirements
* Must be a graduate of any medical course
* With at least 1 year Team Lead / Supervisory / SME experience under a healthcare account
* Must have 2 years of Medical Scribes experience (Live Scribing)
* With experience in ECW
* Averaging 50-60 WPM
* Excellent verbal and written English skills
* Amenable working night shift
