Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, connect, and onboard potential clients
2. Conduct outbound sales, client communication, and virtual meetings
3. Convert leads into business opportunities through effective follow-ups
4. Execute and manage email marketing campaigns for lead generation
5. Coordinate with team members and guide interns toward achieving targets
6. Collaborate with the Business Development team to create growth strategies
7. Track performance metrics and maintain lead records
8. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
