* Following project-specific guidelines to maintain consistency
* Communicating effectively with team members in English
* Fluency in Gujarati (written and spoken)
* Proficiency in English (for communication and documentation)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Experience in annotation, linguistics, or a similar field (preferred but not required)
* Ability to work independently, in a self-paced environment, and meet deadlines
* Good communication and teamwork skills
