Position: Sales & Procurement Coordinator

Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: Australian Time Zone

Key Responsibilitie

Coordinate sales and procurement activities for IT products across the Australian market

* Source IT products with a target lifespan of 3–5 years, ensuring quality and sustainability

* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers

* Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations

* Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers

* Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to meet sales demand

* Support sales initiatives and contribute to revenue growth

* Maintain accurate records of transactions, supplier communications, and product data

Qualifications

* Proven experience in sales and/or procurement (preferably in IT products)

* Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and lifecycle considerations (required)

* Demonstrated ability to work in a sales-driven environment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an empathic approach

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity

* Familiarity with the Australian market is a plus
