Tasks required
* Analyze customer purchase behavior across platforms like Klaviyo, Meta (Facebook), Google Analytics, and Shopify.
* Provide insights into customer segmentation, identifying key demographics, purchasing patterns, and customer lifetime value.
* Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns based on customer insights.
* Create detailed reports and dashboards that present customer trends, purchasing habits, and engagement metrics.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategies with data-driven recommendations.
* Measure and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts.
* Use customer data to support retention and loyalty strategies.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in data across all marketing platforms.
* Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or a relevant role is required
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Strong experience with marketing analytics tools (Klaviyo, Meta, Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon, Hubspot, Triple Whale, Lifetimely)
* Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, etc.)
* Familiar with Pay Per Click
* Strong ability to identify trends and patterns in customer data.
* Experience in customer segmentation and marketing analytics.
* Four key attributes are needed: high intelligence, problem-solving/initiative, dependability, and ability to access and navigate relevant APIs.
* Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
