Job Description
* Provide ocupational therapy services virtually
* Conduct occupational therapy assessments using interviews, standardized tools, and informal assessment techniques
* Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers
* Assign, supervise, and monitor occupational therapy assistants as appropriate
* Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation, including:

* Progress and discharge sumcmaries
* Reports aligned with referral source requirements and COTO standards
Qualifications
* Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
* 1 - 2 years in-home community experience is required.
* 1 - 2 years experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome
* Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software

This independent contractor role offers a highly flexible work schedule, with part-time or full-time opportunities available. Compensation is based on volume (Estimated annual earning potential is between $82,000 - $102,000, however actual earnings may vary based on service volumes).
