Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior GoHighLevel Automations & AI Specialist for a remote marketing automation role focused on building, optimizing, and scaling workflows across multiple client accounts.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will design and implement advanced automation systems, integrate AI-driven processes, and ensure seamless execution of marketing operations.
The role begins part-time with a clear pathway to full-time based on performance, reliability, and quality of output.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel automations and workflows
* Implement AI-driven automation systems to improve marketing and operational efficiency
* Test all automations rigorously to ensure accuracy, performance, and zero errors before deployment
* Create and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients when required
* Maintain consistent responsiveness and clear communication across all projects
* Continuously improve systems for scalability, efficiency, and performance
Requirements
* Must-Have:
* Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (strict requirement)
* High attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset
* Experience documenting workflows and building SOPs
* Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously
* Spanish language skills
* Nice-to-Have:
* Experience working in a marketing agency environment
* Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)
* Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads)
