The innovator we need:
You don't need to be a technology expert or have previous software sales experience to succeed here.

We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is curious about business and technology, and has the drive to build a career in sales.

You will bring:

Previous experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or a relevant educational background is a plus, but not essential. We value potential, motivation, and willingness to learn.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.

Strong communication and listening skills, with the curiosity to ask thoughtful questions and understand what matters to customers.

A genuine interest in AI, data, automation, low-code technology, and digital transformation.

The confidence, or willingness to develop the confidence, to approach new people and engage professionals at different seniority levels.

A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and the motivation to take ownership of your results.

Resilience and persistence. You are comfortable with challenges, can handle rejection, and are motivated to learn from feedback and keep improving.

A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams, cultures, and regions.

Willingness to travel occasionally for business-related activities, particularly within the UK & Ireland and across Europe.
