We are looking for an experienced Embedded Firmware & Hardware Engineer to join an innovative engineering team developing embedded electronic devices from concept to production.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across both firmware development and hardware bring-up. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, and validating embedded systems while collaborating closely with hardware and product teams.

Responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain embedded firmware in C/C++
* Develop low-level drivers, communication protocols and application logic
* Bring-up and debug embedded hardware prototypes
* Design and review electronic schematics
* Debug hardware using laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter)
* Implement and optimize communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB and Modbus
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation
* Collaborate with hardware engineers throughout the entire product lifecycle
* Support products from concept through production and maintenance

Must Have
* 4+ years of experience developing embedded systems (firmware + hardware)
* Strong C/C++ programming skills in embedded environments
* Experience with bare-metal and/or RTOS development
* Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as:
* STM32
* ESP32
* NXP
* Nordic (nRF)
* or equivalent
* Experience with communication protocols:
* UART
* SPI
* I2C
* CAN
* Modbus
* USB
* Ability to read and create electronic schematics
* Experience with hardware debugging tools:
* Oscilloscope
* Logic Analyzer
* Multimeter
* Laboratory Power Supply
* Experience with JTAG/SWD debugging
