Role Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Back-End Developer to design and maintain the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our applications. You'll focus on performance, security, and scalability behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side code
* Develop and manage well-functioning APIs and database architectures

* Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions
* Implement security and data protection best practices
* Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
Requirements
* 3+ years of back-end development experience
* Proficiency in a server-side language (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, etc.)
* Experience designing and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
* Understanding of RESTful API design and best practices
* Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with microservices architecture
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* Knowledge of caching and message queue systems (Redis, RabbitMQ)
