Remote Recruitment is hiring a Receptionist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the front desk, calls and enquiries for a UK team.
Role overview
You will be the first point of contact for a UK business, answering calls, welcoming enquiries and keeping the front office running smoothly from home. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities
* Answer and direct calls and messages
* Respond to general enquiries by email and chat
* Manage diaries and book appointments
* Handle post, deliveries and visitor logs with the team
* Keep contact records up to date
What you'll need
* Experience as a receptionist or front-desk administrator
* Warm, professional spoken and written English
* Confident with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
* Good organisation and multitasking
* Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)
Nice to have
* Experience with a virtual phone system
* Familiarity with booking tools such as Calendly
* Previous work with UK businesses
