* Lead concurrent cross-functional project teams in defining project scope, objectives, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement based on the RACI.

* Create project charters and detailed project plans that define tasks, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables required for successful execution.

* Develop communication plans and coordinate across departments, business units, technical teams, and clients as needed to maintain strong working relationships and clear project alignment.

* Track project progress, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and provide timely updates to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, while holding teams and individuals accountable to commitments.

* Manage project risks, resolve issues, address deviations, remove roadblocks, and solve problems throughout the full project lifecycle.

* Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, and may mentor junior project management staff to support strong execution and team development.

* Analyze business processes, organizational structures, goals, and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions, including automation and lean process enhancements.

* Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to define business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support implementation activities such as testing, User Acceptance Testing, training, and documentation.

* Develop tools, apply project management best practices, and lead post-project evaluations and lessons learned to improve future project delivery and operational effectiveness.

What You'll Need

* Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering concurrent, cross-departmental, complex projects and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

* BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

* Proven experience owning project implementation from end to end, including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.

* Experience leading large, detailed projects with cross-team dependencies and multiple stakeholders.

* Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly across varying levels of the organization.

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and focus on driving results.

* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time, and communicate progress effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and work effectively with a variety of skill levels and leadership levels.

* Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, MS SharePoint, MS Planner, Viva Goals, and Visio.

* Proficiency in MS Project required.

* Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable workflow or project management tool, such as Jira.

* Experience building and managing detailed project plans and Gantt charts; experience with Timeline Pro is a plus.

* Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to learn quickly and connect business needs to system and process solutions.

* Demonstrate growth potential and learning agility by quickly building knowledge of business processes, systems, and project needs, and applying new learning to improve delivery and outcomes.

* Show leadership by influencing cross-functional teams, building productive relationships, mentoring others when needed, and guiding work through accountability and collaboration.

* Adapt effectively to change, ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving project demands while maintaining focus on business outcomes and execution.

* Apply creative thinking to solve project and process challenges, identify practical improvements, and develop solutions that create operational value.

* Use analytical skills to assess business processes, interpret project data, identify risks and trends, and make sound recommendations supported by evidence.
