Job Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* 5 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software. Strong organizational, time-management abilities, and discretion with sensitive information.
* Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate needs and make independent decisions.
Core responsibilities:
* Manage executive schedules, appointments, travel, and communication; screen and prioritize correspondence.
* Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and communications.
* Organize files, manage databases, conduct research, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Assist in planning, executing, and tracking special projects or events, coordinating logistics and resources.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a liaison and proactive support.
