Role Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an AI Agent Developer to design and build autonomous AI agents capable of completing multi-step tasks. You'll work on agent architectures, tool use, and orchestration to power intelligent, goal-driven systems.

* Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and tool use
* Develop agent orchestration logic, memory systems, and tool integrations

* Test agent behavior for reliability, safety, and task completion accuracy
* Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and internal systems
* Monitor and debug agent performance in production environments
* Research and apply emerging agent frameworks and best practices
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in software or AI/ML development
* Strong Python programming skills
* Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
* Understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent memory patterns
* Solid grasp of API integration and system design
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience building multi-agent systems
* Familiarity with vector databases and RAG pipelines
* Background in reinforcement learning or planning algorithms
