Nature Of the Account: Healthcare
Start Date: ASAP
Type of Support: Voice Account
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite / week)

Educational Requirement:
* At least 2nd years in college
Work Experience:
* Required least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
* 5 to 7 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement

* Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.).
Responsibilities:
* Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.
* Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation.
* Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling critical items with quality and other aspects.
* Drive ideation, and small- and large-scale projects
* Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.
