Sales Development Representative Support - ENG

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Lead Generation & Data Enrichment: Download event lists, source emails/phones using tools like Seamless.ai and LinkedIn, run VLOOKUPs to match existing CRM records, and clean/rank lead pipelines.
* Campaign & Cadence Management: Maintain strict outbound outreach cadences, sending templated first touches and personalized follow-up emails across multiple simultaneous campaigns.
* Executive Briefing & Logistics: Prepare event briefing packages, schedules, and attendee checklists for the CEO, book calendar slots, manage sales blocks, and curate top dining/coffee spots for meetings in NY/NJ[.
* CRM & Positioning Intelligence: Log contacts, business card data, and call recordings across CRM boards, while leveraging AI prompts to extract market positioning insights from client conversations.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as an SDR, Sales Operations Assistant, or Executive VA supporting sales teams.
* Strong hands-on experience with lead generation and data tools (Seamless.ai, LinkedIn, Excel VLOOKUPs, CRM systems).
* Direct experience executing outbound email cadences and maintaining CRM records across multi-table systems.
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a knack for writing compelling non-templated follow-up emails.
* High level of initiative, proactive calendar management, and deliverable-driven thinking.
* Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
* Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer.

Technical Requirements:

* Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
* Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
* Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
* Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, data cleaning), Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, and CRM platforms.
