The Role
* Analyze and translate data into relevant business, actionable insights
* Perform data mining including predictive analytics and trends analysis
* Design and visualize new reports and online dashboards
* Work directly with stakeholders to understand and document requirements
* Communicate findings and collaborate with stakeholders
* Create DAX scripts that will be used to calculate required metrics presented in dashboards

* Support data collection, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of bugs
* Create required documentation and ensure that it is clear, concise, and accurate
* Participate in the development of the project roadmap
* Work closely with the database architect, business analyst, and users to ensure timely and accurate delivery of development work
The Requirements
* Bachelors degree and 5+ years of related experience
* At least 5 years of experience in software development and support
* Demonstrated proficiency with SQL and ability to develop queries
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power BI
* Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization
* Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in handling multiple projects and initiatives, producing quality deliverables on time
* Experience developing reports, business requirement documentation, process flow diagrams, use cases and testing plans
* Strong knowledge of web technology products and delivery methodologies
* Familiarity with financial concepts and processes would be beneficial
* Adapt to shifting priorities, multiple competing demands, ambiguity, and frequent change
* Display a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new business requirements
* Ability to learn and apply new information, skills, and processes quickly and build upon existing knowledge and skills
* Must be able to function autonomously and as part of a virtual team
* Must be willing to work extended hours from time to time
