As Chief of Staff, you'll be a strategic partner to the executive teamdriving alignment, execution, and impact across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Alignment - Implement frameworks like EOS or OKRs to cut through noise and bring sharp focusmaking sure the entire organization is rowing in the same direction.

* Accountability & Follow-Through - Be the driver that ensures commitments are keptrespectfully but firmly chasing down deliverables until execution is complete.

Non-Negotiables:
* 3+ years of proven success in Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, consulting, or similar cross-functional leadership roles.
* Exceptional project management skillsable to manage multiple priorities with precision and discipline.
* Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complexity and earn trust across stakeholders.
* Demonstrated leadershipskilled at rallying teams, driving accountability, and moving initiatives forward without formal authority.
* Highly adaptable and resourceful, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
* Boardroom readyexperience preparing investor or board-level materials strongly preferred.
* Proactive problem-solver who thrives on execution and collaboration.
* Coachable, growth-minded, and able to evolve with the companys needs as we scale.
