Requirements
* Native or fluent Portuguese (C2 level).
* Good English communication skills (B2 level or above).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
* Good computer skills.
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
* Minimum age requirement 21+
