Remote Recruitment is hiring a Call Centre Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own inbound and outbound calls for a UK business.
Role overview
You will handle inbound and outbound calls for a UK business, giving callers a clear, helpful and professional experience. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities
* Take inbound calls and resolve queries
* Make outbound follow-up calls where needed
* Record call outcomes accurately in the CRM
* Follow scripts and compliance requirements
* Meet quality and call-handling targets
What you'll need
* Experience in a call centre or phone-based role
* Clear spoken English with a professional manner
* Experience using a CRM or dialler system
* Typing speed and accuracy
* Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)
Nice to have
* Experience with Five9, Aircall or similar
* Experience in sales or collections calls
* Previous work with UK customers
