Remote Recruitment is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview

In this role, you will own the calendar and booking flow that keeps a UK team's day on track. You will join a friendly team, work with clear processes, and have the support you need to do your best work from home.

Key responsibilities
* Book and reschedule appointments and meetings
* Match staff availability to demand across UK time zones
* Send reminders and confirmations
* Resolve clashes quickly and politely
* Keep the scheduling system and shared calendars accurate
What you'll need
* Experience coordinating schedules or bookings, with examples of managing busy diaries
* Familiarity with Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly
* Clear, friendly written English
* A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace
* Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
Nice to have
* Experience with rota or shift planning
* Familiarity with Acuity or Setmore
* Experience with a CRM
