* As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.

Qualifications
* Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
* Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY).
* Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law.
* Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics.
* Experience with project management and consulting methods.
* Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness as well as solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
* Business fluent German and fluent English.
* Communication and teamwork skills and a convincing appearance.
