Job Requirements:
* Minimum 1-3 years of as an onboarding coordinate in e-Commerce business.
* Highly analytical and a logical thinker.
* Have developed excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficient at multi-tasking Tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Core responsibilities:
* Assisting Marketplace sellers with integration to the Kogan.com platform by providing hands-on support and guidance via email, telephone and face-to-face (where required).
* Facilitating the integration and management of seller product listings onto the Kogan.com Marketplace platform.
* Assisting sellers with data integrity and quality as per Kogan.coms requirements.
* Effectively managing relationships with existing sellers and assist with day-to-day operations.
* Working closely with Account Managers and the Operations Manager to manage and support the relationship between seller and Kogan.com.
* Liaising with various stakeholders to assist with seller quality control.
* Working effectively with internal Departments to achieve effective outcomes with sellers.
* Analysing and action reports on seller metrics to assist with seller quality control and management.
