About the job: SAP FICO - Consultant (Makati) | Hybrid
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the SAP FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
* Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.

* Assist in requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.
* Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
* Work with technical teams to support the development and testing of WRICEF objects.
* Contribute to the adoption of the SAP Activate methodology and the fit-to-standard approach.
* Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional issues.
* Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 4 to 7 years of SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation in the finance domain.
* Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and business process mapping.
* Good understanding of Universal Journal, Financial Closing, and Reporting in S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
* Exposure to cross-module integration with MM, SD, and PP.
* Basic understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.
Certifications:
* Required: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
* Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)
Educational Background
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
