We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our Legal team in Tallinn, Estonia.
Main Responsibilities

* Draft, review, negotiate, and administer legal and transactional documents
* Provide legal advice and support on legal matters
* Manage legal proceedings, litigation, and business transactions
* Analyze and identify legal risks and implications, and recommend solutions
* Conduct legal research and analysis
* Handle ad hoc assignments
* Keep management informed of new laws and regulations that may affect the company
Main Requirements
* Experience in the aviation industry
* A degree in Law and at least five years of experience in commercial law
* Knowledge of personal data protection regulations and requirements is an advantage
* Experience in conflict resolution
* Excellent spoken and written English. Estonian or Lithuanian is an advantage.
* A strong sense of ownership
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
