Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Production Artist with 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and print production. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prepare high-quality design assets for mass production. This role involves creating product designs and layouts, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Responsibilities
* Create designs and layouts for various products.
* Prepare and optimize design assets for mass production.
* Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all design outputs.
* Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery.
* Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications
* 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and print production.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Strong creative, design, and layout skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Working knowledge of English.
* Amenable to work 6AM
* Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with or interest in the journaling community.
* Experience using macOS.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and workflows.
