About the Role
Join a product design team working closely with product and engineering to shape a B2B SaaS platform for customer and partner referral programs. You will own design work from early problem definition through launch, helping embedded product experiences feel native, clear, and trustworthy.

* Partner with product and engineering to take roadmap projects from initial problem to shipped solution.

* Improve existing product areas through both substantial redesigns and smaller usability enhancements.
* Create low- and high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate ideas and validate approaches.
* Contribute to design systems spanning product, marketing, and brand surfaces.
* Design embedded interface experiences that fit naturally within third-party products.
* Help develop design culture and contribute to product thinking across the organization.
What We're Looking For
* At least 5 years of product design experience on SaaS software.
* Strong craft across visual design, product thinking, brand, and interaction design.
* Systems thinking, with the judgment to use established patterns or explore new approaches.
* Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, and interest in experimenting with new design tools.
* Clear communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working asynchronously.
* Ability to take ownership and work through ambiguity and changing priorities.
* Experience with embedded or developer-facing products, data-heavy interfaces, or AI-assisted experiences is a plus.
