We are looking for an IT Project Manager for our client located in Makati
Salary: Up to 160K
Set-up: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and manage projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.
* Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and external stakeholders, to ensure project deliverables are met.
* Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

* Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, define project scope, and drive decision-making.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery methodologies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in banking sector
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
* Basic understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* PMP certification or relevant project management training is a plus.
* Non negotiable Banking Industry experience
