SuccessFactors Senior/Lead Consultant Employee Central (m/w/d)

* Support presales activities, including system demonstrations, solution presentations, and proposal preparation.
* Take technical ownership of the Employee Central module and actively contribute to the growth and development of the SuccessFactors practice.
* Manage smaller project streams or sub-projects and collaborate closely with customer stakeholders.

Qualifications
* Completed university degree or equivalent qualification, 5+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, and a current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.
* Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR business processes.
* Experience leading workshops, advising stakeholders, and taking ownership of Employee Central workstreams.
* Interest in and understanding of AI-driven innovations within SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central.
* Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Business fluent German and fluent English.
