The position involves advising private and public companies on stock option and share plans, reviewing legal and tax-related matters, drafting agreements, and working closely with clients, internal teams, and regulatory authorities in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities
* Provide legal support on trust matters and employee equity compensation plans (Section 102)
* Support Israeli and international private and public companies in managing employee stock option and share plans
* Advise clients and internal teams on legal, tax, and trustee-related matters
* Support share acquisition transactions and corporate actions
* Review tax rulings and arrangements and oversee their implementation
* Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and equity allocation materials
* Liaise with the Israel Tax Authority and submit required filings
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in Israel and abroad
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and active Israeli Bar membership
* 2 years of post-qualification legal experience
* English & Hebrew Bilingual - Required
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
* Ability to understand complex legal and tax issues quickly
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
