Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models in Excel and Argus for existing portfolio assets Analyze property performance and evaluate quarterly appraisals Support annual business plans, budgets, and future cash flow projections Perform lease analyses and assist with prospective tenant negotiations Evaluate potential value-add opportunities and property-level initiatives Contribute to Investment Committee materials and strategic analysis Conduct market research, including lease and sales comparables Review leases, loan agreements, partnership agreements, and other relevant documents Support capital transactions, including financings, refinancings, and dispositions, as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience Commercial real estate experience required Strong financial modeling and real estate analysis skills Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Argus Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
