Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across global clients.
* Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR processes.

* Configure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations.
* Manage integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
* Ensure compliance with global HR regulations, data privacy, and localization requirements.
* Oversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning.
* Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
* Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
* Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Required Skills:
* 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Employee Central.
* Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central objects, workflows, and business rules.
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP Identity Authentication Service.
* Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, and SAP Cloud ALM.
* Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.
Preferred Skills:
* SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central.
* Exposure to related modules like Onboarding, Time Off, or Global Benefits.
* Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
* Knowledge of GDPR, SOC compliance, and global HR localization practices.
