In fulfilling the responsibilities outlined below, the role will consult with our clients, and simultaneously with our internal cross departmental teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
----------------------------------------

This includes applying advanced techniques to conduct an analysis and arrive at conclusions.
* Problem solving. When challenged with an ambiguous scenario or ask you’ll identify clear next steps, ask the right questions, and guide the client or teams towards a viable solution.
* Timely delivery of projects and analysis according to client roadmaps. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all deliverables are tracking on time according to the plan. This includes successfully managing multiple work streams at one and prioritizing appropriately.
* Translating outputs from advanced analysis and data science projects into actionable next steps. Distill outputs and learnings from advanced and sometimes technical analytics projects into digestible stories for clients and channel teams. This may include but are not limited to presentations, action plans, POV’s, and quarterly measurement plans.
* Working with numbers. You’ll be responsible for interpreting sometimes vague datasets, isolating trends, and extracting learnings. This includes building a story around the data points you observe and uncovering the “why” behind trends.
Cross-functional working
* Cross-functional and lateral collaboration. You’ll work with other teams and colleagues who have varying levels of familiarity with data and analysis; this requires the ability to zoom out and storytell with data to different audiences.
* Data-backed storytelling. As the senior analyst you’ll digest large amounts of data, connect the dots between data points and context (whether it is technical, media, or business context), and clearly articulate your insights, recommendations, and associated business impact in various formats (decks, one-pagers, presentations, reports, etc.)
