Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 10 with a focus on growth.
* Collaborate with global teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Monitor website performance and infrastructure 24/7.
* Liaise with the development agency, providing technical input.
* Manage incidents and optimize monitoring procedures.
* Communicate technical matters clearly to stakeholders.
* Review team performance and lead training initiatives.
* Stay updated on tech advancements and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related.
* 6+ years managing technical teams in IT infrastructure.
* .NET expertise with IIS troubleshooting experience.
* Solid grasp of web projects & Azure PaaS infrastructure.
* Proven managed infrastructure services experience.
* Familiarity with Centreon/Nagios, shifting to New Relic.
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Remote team management in a global setup experience.
