Lead Full Stack Engineer
Work Setup: WFH (must be PH-based Filipino residents)
Schedule: MIDSHIFT 3 PM-12 MN MLA
Training Sched and Setup: Nightshift, and might be asked to report onsite
Must Have Qualifications:
* Experience working on a Mid-shift schedule
* 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 2 years in a leadership role
* Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript practices

* Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
* Experience with SQL databases, ORM technologies (SQLAlchemy), and GraphQL (Apollo Client and Python-based servers)
* Proficiency with UI component libraries (particularly Mantine or similar)
* Experience with form management in complex React applications
* Strong understanding of state management patterns, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies
* Experience with build systems, module bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in advertising technology or marketing analytics
* Knowledge of budget management and financial data systems
* Experience developing multi-app workspaces or monorepos
* Familiarity with data visualization libraries and techniques
* Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
* Experience with a real-time data processing system
