Product Delivery Lead

* Identifies, tracks and eliminates team impediments and process bottlenecks
* Resolve and escalate cross-team issues and blockers early, before they affect the schedule
* Coordinate across engineering, product management, design, security, network and business stakeholders to maintain transparency and manage expectations
* Manage and track all deliverables to the work/project plan, own the plan, ensure on time, on scope and on budget delivery. Collaborate with other delivery leads and engineering managers to align resources to the plan
* Work directly with clients at all levels of management, including C-level, to define scope and high-level and detailed requirements, which lead to a delivery plan
* Manage relationships with clients, partners, integrators, vendors and internal teams throughout each engagement
* Establish communication plans and provide frequent updates to all internal and client stakeholders
* Partner with other project managers, delivery managers, scrum masters and senior leaders on resource allocation, prioritization, refinement and scheduling
* Recommend internal process, policy, and quality improvements
* Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, proactive and positive communication

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management, MIS, Engineering or a related discipline
* 3-5+ years delivering software development and related IT projects across multi-faceted teams
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent work streams across a program or major clients
* Experience working with both enterprise-level clients and fast-moving agile projects
* Experience interfacing with external and internal stakeholders, SMEs and C-level personnel
* Experience translating business processes, architecture discussions and requirements into clear deliverables
* Possess an eagerness to learn the details of the platform, infrastructure, and services we provide, both technically (how they work) and from a merchant’s perspective (how they are used)
