Duties and Responsibilities
The Recruitment Specialist will be primarily responsible for all Recruitment efforts for the company.
Recruitment:
1. Calibrate with Team Supervisors/Managers on their specific needs (positions and candidate profiles).
2. Must be able to come up with creative sourcing efforts.
3. Source candidates from various recruitment channels
4. Maintain a Candidate Tracker for reference.

5. Creating and posting vacancies on various Job Sites
6. Managing the company's Job Sites/Recruitment portals (Kalibrr, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Facebook Page)
7. Invite candidates and conduct Initial Interviews with them.
8. Endorse the shortlisted candidates for Final Interview.
9. Administer tests to candidates, if necessary.
10.
Represent the company in various job fairs and process candidates off-site.
Documentation:
The secondary task of the Recruitment Specialist is to be in charge of Documentation.
1. Handle employee-related files and documents.
2. 201, Employee Evaluations, movement letters, salary change letters creation and filing
3. Follow team and/or client’s proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.
4. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
