The job:

You’ll help Procentia grow in a way that is commercially clear, well controlled and built for the long term. As Commercial Manager, you’ll play an important role in how we manage our client commercial landscape, including contracts, renewals, pricing activity, governance, controls and decision-making.

We’re growing, and with that comes the need for stronger commercial grip, better information and clearer ways of working. You’ll work closely with the Group Commercial Director and teams across Finance, Legal, Client Management, Sales, Product, Technology and Operations to turn commercial intent into practical action. You’ll help us make good decisions, protect revenue, manage risk and support better outcomes for our clients and for Procentia.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Client contracts: you’ll help us stay on top of our client contract landscape, including renewals, milestones, change notes, work orders, statements of work and related commercial documents. You’ll bring the right people together, coordinate input and help keep activity moving.

Commercial operations: you’ll help build and maintain the processes, templates, registers and governance materials that keep our commercial activity organised, visible and well controlled.

Client commercials and pricing: you’ll support client commercial queries, pricing work, tenders, proposals and commercial reviews, helping make sure our proposals are clear, complete, sensible and properly approved.

Reporting and risk management: you’ll maintain trackers and commercial registers, prepare useful management information, spot commercial risks and help escalate issues at the right time.

Business engagement: you’ll build strong working relationships across the business, helping colleagues think commercially and adopt clearer, more consistent ways of working.

Document and knowledge management: you’ll help keep our commercial records accurate, accessible and useful, so people can find the information they need when they need it.

Key skills and experience:

· strong commercial awareness and sound judgement;

· experience supporting contract management, renewals, pricing, procurement or supplier management;

· the ability to manage varied work, competing priorities and moving deadlines;

· a good understanding of risk, governance and approval processes;

· clear written and verbal communication, with confidence working with senior stakeholders;

· strong attention to detail, with the ability to make sense of information and identify practical next steps;

· a collaborative style and confidence working across different teams;

· high standards of integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics;

calm and organised approach in complex or time-sensitive situations.

Lets talk about what's in it for you...
