Job Expectations:
* Employment Type: Full-Time; Project-based (30-36 months)
* Base Salary: Php 160,000 - Php 220,000
* Work Setup & Location: Remote - Metro Manila
* Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, day shift

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to oversee the development and management of our client's commercial lending platform. You will lead a team of developers, drive technical direction, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Your role will involve solving complex technical challenges while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

* Guide and mentor the development team on coding, design, and architecture best practices.
* Plan and oversee user stories to ensure timely and on-scope delivery.
* Design and implement scalable, maintainable system architectures.
* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
* Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
* Resolve technical issues and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for relevant new technologies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 9+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Experience with commercial lending platforms is preferred, but any financial background is acceptable
* Proficiency in TypeScript is required; experience with VueJS, Node.js, AWS, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL is a plus
* Experienced in building systems from the ground up; from scratch
* Expertise with cloud platforms (preferably AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
* Knowledgeable of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
* Skilled in leading, inspiring, and developing high-performing technical teams.
* Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
* Can start immediately if possible
